Several people, including children, were killed when a man opened fire on Tuesday in a kindergarten in the Ulyanovsk region in central Russia, Russian news agencies reported. "An armed man entered a kindergarten and opened fire. According to preliminary information, two children were killed," a source in the relief services told the state-run Tass news agency.
